根据贷款协议，银团贷款的资金将被用于之前董事会所批准的2019年到期年息为11.75%的1.5亿美金辉海有限公司债券的赎回。银团贷款由公司、辉海有限公司、鑫达（香港）贸易有限公司、迪拜鑫达公司担保。
