各位尊敬的爱点击股东：
这是我接任爱点击首席执行官职位后给股东的第一封信，我很荣幸可以在今后的日子里带领公司，实现我们的愿景。首先，我谨代表整个爱点击团队，感谢各位股东在爱点击上市两年多来对我们的支持和信赖。
2019年是爱点击具有里程碑意义的一年。我们庆祝爱点击成立十周年，回顾了我们从一个小型初创公司到今天成为一家领先的营销技术公司的美好历程。在2019年前三季度，尽管宏观环境充满挑战，但我们的收入（1.43亿美元）和毛利润（3,950万美元）均创下新纪录。我们还推出了企业数字化运营解决方案业务，累计收入已达680万美元。我们有信心，2019年第四季度的表现有机会达到公司先前提供的业绩预期上限。
在2019年的基础上，展望未来，我们将继续将爱点击建设为领先的企业数字化运营和在线营销云平台。在2020年，我们有以下三大战略目标：
第一，提高我们市场营销解决方案的盈利能力。我们制定了一个明确的目标，即在2020年实现这一业务的运营利润。爱点击目前是领先的在线营销平台，透过其所带来的规模经济效益和持续推出更高毛利率的新产品，例如意见领袖多渠道营销产品和出境旅游产品，将能进一步提升整体利润率。
第二，通过强劲增长的企业数字化运营解决方案业务带来毛利的提升。我们在2019年推出此项业务，在团队的努力下开发了各种创新产品、服务和商业模式。这些投入正逐渐取得成效，使我们有信心在2020年将此项业务规模扩大一倍。我们相信，企业数字化运营解决方案具有强大的长期增长潜力，并将成为未来提升毛利的驱动力。
第三，通过现有数据和技术建立战略合作关系来衍生新机遇。2019年，我们与东南亚和东北亚的几家公司达成了不同的合作协议和伙伴关系。2020年，我们将利用在数据和技术方面长期积累的实力，继续在全球范围内寻求和发展更多的战略合作关系和新的商业模式。
我们对爱点击的前景充满信心，相信在2020年爱点击业务将保持强劲的增长势头，团队再创佳绩。
作为爱点击的共同创始人之一，我从创立公司和管理公司中获得了不可估量的满足感，我期待着作为CEO带领公司迈向进一步的成功。
