上海2019年2月27日电 /美通社/ -- 凯悦酒店集团(纽约证券交易所代码:H)与北京首旅酒店(集团)股份有限公司(上海证券交易所代码:600258,下称首旅如家酒店集团)今日正式宣布,凯悦旗下关联公司将携手如家酒店连锁(中国)有限公司(北京首旅酒店集团下属全资公司)共同打造合资酒店管理公司,并创建全新酒店品牌。即将面世的新品牌将面向中高端市场,旨在为蓬勃增长的中国年轻商旅出行人士提供优质旅行服务。
本次合作举措在业内可谓鲜有先例,希望能为中国酒店业树立新的标杆。全新的合资公司将博采双方所长,充分利用首旅如家酒店集团作为国内较大连锁酒店品牌之一的规模和实力,同时融合凯悦在全球为宾客提供优质入住体验方面的雄厚经验,共同开拓中国不断增长的旅游市场。据中国文化和旅游部资料显示,2018年国内旅游收入已达人民币5.05万亿元,同比增长13%。随着国民收入的不断增加,国内中产阶级正开始追求更高质量的旅游服务和出行体验。
通过新创立的合资公司,凯悦和首旅如家将共同打造一个面向中高端市场的全新酒店品牌。调查显示,国内中高端市场正在蓬勃发展,但与之相应的服务尚且不足。为更好地满足中国宾客的需求,这一全新酒店品牌将根植于中国,并满足中国年轻一代游客不断变化的需求,使其获得无缝、舒适和便捷的旅行体验的期望。
