上海2014年11月18日电 /美通社/ -- 中国领先的汽车租赁和专车服务供应商一嗨汽车服务有限公司（下文简称“一嗨”或“公司”）（纽交所交易代码：EHIC）今日宣布，其首次公开募股已定价，以每股12.00美元价格发行1000万股美国存托股票，每股美国存托股票相当于该公司两股A类普通股。这些存托股将于2014年11月18日起正式在纽约证券交易所挂牌交易，股票代码为“EHIC”。
此次发售的1000万股美国存托股票全部由一嗨发售。承销商已被授予为期30天内追加购买最多150万股美国存托股票的超额配售权。
假定承销商在此次发售结束前，不会行使其超额配售权额外购买美国存托股票，并且在募股结束时，公司通过私募方式以每A类普通股6.00美元的价格（相当于每股美国存托股票12.00美元）向东风汽车集团资产管理有限公司发行5,000,000股 A类普通股、向汇添富基金管理有限公司发行1,666,666股A类普通股、向携程发行1,666,666股A类普通股，以获得总额约为5000万美元的额外所得款项，本次募股公司预计共将募得1.2亿美元。
在此次发售中，摩根大通证券有限责任公司和高盛（亚洲）有限责任公司担任联席账簿管理人。
